I was able to get my broker connected, but it wasn’t the smoothest setup for me. It took a bit of fiddling before everything looked right, and every now and then the sync feels slower than it should. Sometimes I just get the feeling something hasn’t updated yet, so I end up refreshing to make sure. When it’s working, it’s definitely helpful, especially for looking at trades alongside the charts. I just don’t fully trust it on instinct yet. It’s not bad at all, but I’d feel a lot better if it were more consistent.

The lessons felt kinda confusing and waaay too thin. I kept hoping things would get explained better, but it just didn’t really click for me...

I tried using the trade ideas, but i couldn’t find any decent setups. After checking them a few times and not seeing anything useful, I started losing trust in the service. It just didn’t feel like something I could rely on.

I tried getting set up when I really needed things to go smoothly, and of course the onboarding was confusing right from the start. I got lost quickly, and the whole setup process felt way more annoying than it should have.

TrendSpider has been useful for me overall, especially for charting and spotting setups. The main thing I’ve noticed is that the real-time data speed feels kind of hit or miss. It loads fine most of the time, but around busy market hours, I do see some lag and the updates don’t always feel instant.
It’s not a deal breaker, but it can get annoying if you’re trying to watch quick moves as they happen. For slower trades or just planning setups, it works about as well as I need it to. I’d give it 3 stars because the tools are solid, I just wish the live data felt more steady.

I signed up for TrendSpider thinking it would have most of the markets and tickers I usually keep an eye on, but the coverage was a lot thinner than I expected.

A bunch of international stocks and smaller names I wanted to check just wasn’t there, or the data didn’t really help much. I kept ending up back on other sites to fill in the gaps, which got annoying fast.

The charts looks decent enough, and the platform itself isn’t terrible, but if it doesn’t have the assets I actually trade, it’s not that useful to me. I tried to make it work for a bit, then just cancelled...

The alerts come in late sometimes, and it gets frustrating. I end up feeling kind of trapped, like I can’t fully rely on it but still have to keep checking because I don’t want to miss anything.

I like the charting tools overall and they’ve been helpful, but I’ve noticed the platform can lag sometimes. A few alerts also don’t seem to come through as instantly as I’d expect. It’s still decent, but I’m curious if anyone else has run into the same issue?

To be fair, it might work better for other traders or different setups, but it didn’t help me much. The market scanner felt a bit clunky, and it missed some of the setups I was actually looking for. I also had issues with filters not saving properly at times, which got frustrating. I ended up spending more time fixing scans than finding trades. For me, it just wasn’t worth the money.

The risk management features feel kind of limited and a little clunky to me. For the price I was expecting better alerts and more useful help with position sizing.

TrendSpider has some solid charting tools, and I do like using it for analysis. But the watchlists are more frustrating than they need to be. Simple stuff like moving tickers around, cleaning up a list, or reorganizing symbols takes too many clicks and feels clunky. I’ve also had a few symbols not update right away, which is annoying when I’m checking the same lists every day. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it feels like a simple thing made harder than it should be.

The charts are mostly fine and do what I need, but they can get a little laggy at times. I don’t really buy all the polished marketing talk about how seamless everything is, because in actual use it’s okay, just not always as smooth as they make it sound.

I also reached out for help and got transferred around, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. For what it costs, I expected it to make my workflow easier, not add more headaches.

I signed up mainly for the community and the webinars, but it was underwhelming. The community felt really quiet, and when I asked a basic question, it basically got ignored, which was frustrating. The webinars weren’t much better, mostly surface-level info and a lot of repeated points I’d already heard before. I expected a lot more for what was advertised.

I regret not checking the alert settings more carefully before signing up. I figured I’d be able to fine-tune things easily, but the customization is way more limited than I expected. A lot of basic options either aren’t there or are awkward to find, so I kept getting notifications I didn’t actually need and couldn’t really fix it the way I wanted. For what it costs, I was expecting a lot more control. Disappointing.
